You can ask a school nurse a question by filling out the form below. It’s confidential so you don’t need to tell us your name.
One of our school nurses will get back to you in two days. It might take us longer if you ask a question at the weekend.
If you tell us your email address, you will be sent an email to tell you when we’ve answered your question. Your answer will appear on our recently asked questions pages.
The school nurse won’t see your email address so they won’t know who has asked the question.
This service is not for emergencies. If you need urgent help, please contact your GP, call the NHS 111 service or dial 999 in a medical emergency.
