School Health Service

Our School Health Service is made up of school nurses, a CAMHS nurse (Children and Adolescent Mental Health Services) and specialist sex and relationship workers.

Every school in Kensington and Chelsea and Westminster has a named school nurse who helps young people to stay healthy and safe while at secondary school, sixth form or college.

Your school nurse can give you confidential advice on anything to do with your physical and mental health, and you can speak to them about any worries or concerns you might have.

You can find lots of information about health, emotional wellbeing, relationships and other topics in our health and wellbeing zone. You also can find out who your school nurse is or ask them a question confidentially online.

If you need help or support with your emotional and mental wellbeing, please visit our Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service website for further information and advice, resources, signposting or if you need urgent help.

You can also access Kooth, a free, on-line support for your mental health and emotional wellbeing, offering counselling and live on-line chats with trained professionals, start or contribute to a conversation on a forum, or see useful articles and tips from young people
